Full day - $400.00 (2 to 4 sessions)
$100.00 discount if books are sold, 20-book minimum.
Half day - $250.00 (1 or 2 sessions)
$50.00 discount if books are sold, 10-book minimum.
All Fees are “plus expenses” for all venues over 50 miles from China Spring, TX. In
some cases lodging will be required to accommodate.
Mileage will be calculated at .50 per mile roundtrip, computed by Mapquest from China
Spring, TX 76633.
When lodging is necessary, please arrange for a single nonsmoking room at a 3-star or
better hotel/motel close to venue. Confirmation is required from the hotel.
When flight arrangements are required, Confirmation is required from the airline and
unsold books must be shipped to me at venue’s expense.
Cancellation Clause: 48 hours minimum notice is required when canceling a scheduled event. With less than 48 hours notice, the venue will be charged ½ of the scheduled fee and all used travel expenses. (i.e. : half day schedule: $250.00 = $125.00 charge plus applicable travel expenses)
